They've got a solid rating and my sense is that they are a large player in their industry. A company's size, volume of business and number of transactions may have a bearing on the number of complaints received by the BBB.

I have some questions about this company especially because they have several D/B/A'S
If you check the BBB Home page it lists there D/B/A's that just sends up a big RED FLAG to me.

Joanne, the "dba's" look like typical changes as part of a corporate evolution. Check out the corporate history section of their website.
