I Love Kickboxing is by far the most exciting, effective and life changing fitness program out there! During a 45 day challenge, I lost 18 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, went from a size 12 to a fit 6 and toned up my entire body! It takes commitment and hard work, but the results and benefits speak for themselves. I have the outmost respect for our passionate instructors that remain determined to see us through to each milestone and raise the bar on our fitness goals. The members have become sacred friends and a tremendous support system on and off the mats. ILKB is my sanctuary and I ❤️ my FitFam 🥊‼️
