I wish I could give this business a ZERO STAR rating. They do not deserve to be in business.
Just a warning to anyone thinking about bringing their animal to this hospital. The staff is extremely deceptive in informing clients of cost of services.
I was quoted one price and when I went in to pick up my dog, I was asked to pay a different amount. I brought this to their attention and they basically told me it was just too bad for me. I asked to speak to the vet and he was worse. He said that there was nothing he would do and that if I wanted my dog, I would have to pay the amount due.
The amount in dispute was $45.00. I know this is not a huge amount of money but I was lied to. I was taken advantage of because they knew that I would pay the bill in order to get my dog back.
This hospital should be put out of business. They are horrible.
The doctor is unethical and the staff members are rude, unprofessional and liars.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!! Google this business and read all the reviews. I wish I would have done my homework before taking my dog here. Every review talks about how they were lied to and deceived.
