I have seen alot of changes with lunarpages over the 10 year span with them,I dont think its for the best, One thing is hours change for shared Websites is 7:00 to 7:00 and none of the techs can even do alot after that time due to no access to other site plans then dedicated servers. And greg is one that makes the customer service bad! 3 times he told me he would call me back and after 2 months i never got the call.
I think lou really means good and tries hard to keep his customers happy
but his hands are tied when other dont do the job needing to be done. I will give them this there a little better then network solutions but not much as i seen so far when i really need them. I WILL UPDATE LATER HOW IT WORKED OUT!
