These people are thiefs! My refrigerator was not cooling so a week ago their technician came to my home, he told me the thermostat had blown. I paid almost $300 in parts and labor. He said it was fixed, that it would take 24 hours for the refrogerator to get cold again. It never really got cold. I called again this morning, they send the same thechnician out... he today tells me that the problem is the computer board! Soin a week, went from being the thermostat, which I paid $300 for, and that did not fix the problem, today is the computer board, and off course, that would be more money. I told the company that I want my money back... they sais it will be three wekks to get me my money back (let's see) and that they willbe keeping the service call fee. Do not use them!!!!
