Anacapa first did a thorough inspection before preparing their quote. They showed up for appointments on time, unlike some others. The extermination, including tenting, was done when promised, and with minimal inconvenience to my tenant. After extermination, the repair work was excellent. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the repair work required a couple of call backs before everything was completed. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the work and the price.
