When preparing for a large avocado order, I contacted this nursery and was put in touch with the sales manager. He was very smug and nonchalant about everything, and I decided to buy elsewhere.
When I contacted the owner to inform him of this situation, he was also unconcerned and disinterested. He told me to take my business elsewhere even though he was going to lose about $20,000 dollars in avocado tree purchases! This is a pretty big avocado nursery, and they have clearly gotten very smug with their success. They think they can treat their customers poorly and get away with it. There are many other nurseries out there with good service. I made a purchase elsewhere that I was very happy with.
