I've been a Canoga Camera customer for many years, initial with their brick and mortar store. Since relocating from their area, I've bought quite a bit of gear from them online, including several orders this year.
Canoga is one of the most consistent, reliable companies I've done business with. Their web site is good, and conveniently shows when items are in stock or out of stock. Best of all, a live person always answers the phone when I call with product or other questions. And the people are consistently knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. I've found their pricing to be fair and competitive.
Canoga has consistently shipped exactly as promised: if I place my order before 2pm their time, it goes out the same day. I've received all of my orders in excellent condition from UPS: they are always packaged well, and delivery times are always as promised.
I've only had to return one item for credit (the actual item didn't work for my intended need). Canoga was very easy to deal with: they accepted the return and refunded my purchase price promptly.
Bottom line: I very highly recommend Canoga Camera.
