my daughter found her dream prom dress this spring from faviana at faviana.com. we initially went to a store in downtown la but had a horrid experience with the retailer we dealt with. after browsing for other retailers on faviana's website we found carraz and drove to their store. it was pretty chaotic when we got to their store. all their fitting rooms were full and the racks seemed to be half empty, and all the people were very busy attending to their other customers. but somebody at the counter assured us we would be helped soon. i explained to the person at the counter my previous situation with the retailer i dealt with previously, and that person seemed to really want to help me. she gave me a few catalogs to keep and the faviana catalog so my daughter could point out what dress she wanted. i waited a good 15 minutes before somebody started helping us, but i have to say it was worth the wait. i know some customers have had bad encounters with this business, but i really appreciated them attending to my daughter despite having other customers to attend to. this was my first visit to carraz and i plan to come back when my next daughter goes to prom.
