I was extremely displeased with the service at Carraz Gowns. Two weeks ago, I picked out and payed for a gown. I tried on a very large size and the saleswoman said she would order it in an extra small size.
Several days later, I receive a call from Carraz saying that the gown was finished and ready to be picked up. I go in the next day. A saleswoman, Sonya, takes my receipt, finds the dress and sticks it in a fitting room, says nothing, and walks away. Already turned off by her dismissiveness, I put the dress on to find that it was the same size I tried on days earlier: XXL. I'm a size 2.
It was far too big and my venue was fast approaching, I wanted them to refund me. This was not the dress I was promised. They refused, and "compromised" by agreeing to alter the waist line for free. For the bust and hem, I needed to pay extra. They wanted me to pay extra in order to alter the dress into the one I had already payed for.
I no longer trust this establishment, I will never shop at this store again. I advise you to do the same.
