Century fails to ship product.

Century failed to ship product as others have posted. I contacted the police department in their town and was told they had abandoned their facility with no forwarding info. This was about two years ago so I gave up. I just received an email from them (Sept. 2012) offering their new catalog so I called them and spoke to June. She said the order was in process so I asked her to verify what it was. After badgering her, she admitted she had no idea and there was nothing in the system. She then offered a refund if I could produce an old credit card statement. I won't bother. She gave their new address as PO Box 308, Newton, Connecticut 06470.
