I have a great appreciation for John Collier, CEO and his customer service as he really went above and beyond for us. The product is great. It was exactly what we were looking for. For a small company they were easier than dealing with all the companies that send their calls overseas to non-english speaking representatives. He always returned emails and calls within 2-3 hours PST. Even when facing problems they still found a way to problem solve.
