My experience with Coast Spas has been very satisfactory! The owner, Bob Marshall, is particularly knowledgeable and experienced. He didn't apply any pushy sales talk on us, and he didn't try to up-sell us to more than we wanted.
He delivers and sets up the spa, which is very convenient!
What impressed me most about my transaction with him is that he recommends the practices and techniques that he uses himself. He could have just given us a maintenance schedule that maximizes the amount of chemicals we use (and thus possibly his sales), but he carefully explained what to do and why.
I could probably buy chemicals a little cheaper elsewhere, but I'm motivated to become one of his regular customers.
