BEWARE - TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY

TERRIBLE experience. Good prices but they make up for that in their return scam. I would never buy from them again. BE WARE if you are buying anything from them and are not 100% sure of your purchase because you CANNOT return it for a full-refund. I purchased a Cannon EOS Rebel camera as a Christmas gift for my parents. They took the camera out of the box and tested it out for a couple of hours and then decided it was not for them – too technical for what they wanted. I put it back in the original box with most of the original shipping materials. The little clear plastic baggie that the camera lens and camera books came in were accidentally thrown away. I returned the camera in the same shipping boxes it came to me in approximately 5 days after I had received it in the mail. Upon receiving it back the customer service department called me and told me that I would be charged 15% of the total purchase because the little clear baggies were missing from the box. This is $64. I was shocked and tried to discuss the matter with them but they refused to give me a full refund even though the camera is still brand new. They did offer to ship it back to me and so I am now trying to sell it online for the price I paid for it.
