Well where do I start? This Management Group is THE WORST Mgmt Group I have EVER had to deal with. Out of the years I have been renting I have never had a problem until now! I had a gas leak from my stove and it took them 5 days to repair. Mind you I'm pregnant and have a child in the house I was unable to cook for 5 days. The way they handled my complaint was horrible. No calls back from anyone in the office. I then wrote the owner of the complex to compensate me for those 5 days and the Mgmt Group opened his mail that had Collin Chan's name written on it and replied back to my letter, which is against the law. If you plan on moving into any of Empire Management Group ran properties I would look somewhere else before you choose them. By the way I'm not the only one who has had this problem 2 of my neighbors have as well.
