Horrible Service

We have hired executive handyman services for remodeling. Nathan, the owner, gave us a great quote that we could not refuse, and after some comparison shopping of contractors, we went with them.
In the beginning of remodeling phase, he started asking more money about 50% more.
They started the work, and soon what we noticed was that they messed up everywhere with debris and dirt.
Then we got suspicious but then we let the course run. After a week or so, when we checked the condition of their works, we found our electrical wires were severed, and left off without fixing. The pluming pipes were missing. Their workers stole removed items like mirrors. They messed up carpets. They cut beams that they weren't supposed to.
We asked Nathan to fix the issues, and he has been telling us that he will. After several months, nothing has been done. When we try to track him down, either he stops taking phone calls or saying he is busy. Even when the appointments to meet to fix the issues, he just doesn't show up. While the works were ongoing, he was always late as late as 2 hours. Whenever we catch him on the phone, all he says is excuses and promises that will not be fullfilled at all.
The owner has have no license, insurance nor bond. Also, he has no integrity, honesty and very slick and smooth talker who lies all day long to get what he wants. Use them at your own risk. I will not use them again.
