This should be ZERO stars. I would avoid this company, ABSOLUTELY avoid them. After booking the flight last night on their website, making the payment and getting a confirmation e-mail, they just sent me an e-mail telling me that I need to send them a cashier's check or pay the money into their bank account as they don't take credit cards for flights going to Africa! I called "Ronie" and informed him that there is no way a legitimate business does not accept credit cards. He alleged that they were receiving too many "charge backs" because of people traveling to Africa and then claiming they did not buy the tickets and then claiming they were fraudulent transactions, so this was a new policy they just implemented. I told him that I am an American paying with an American credit card, not some fly-by-night scam artist and that there is no way I am sending cash or cash equivalents to anyone I don't know as I don't know if I will ever see that cash again! No bank will just charge back a transaction amount without properly investigating if it is truly fraudulent, that's why businesses use credit cards as a form of payment, legitimate businesses, anyway.
Also note that, nowhere on their website do they post any information regarding this "new policy" of theirs and I was not told about it until after I had already completed the transaction.
This is a scam company, just Google them, you will find many different posts about their shady dealings. AVOID them.
More red flags:
They show TrustE & VeriSign Secured logos on their web pages, but when you click on them nothing happens. Legitimate logos can be clicked and a verification page will open and will display whether the site is verified.
The web site specifies that they accept only credit cards from Canada and USA, they are based in Los Angeles (Tarzana), yet they say that if you use a credit card from a foreign country the price will post in Canadian dollars ?!
They are not accredited by the BBB, in fact they got an F.
