During the summer heat, the temperatures in my home would get over 93 degrees, so I looked into installing solar attic fans. I wanted to make sure a roofer handled the installation. I found a few local roofing companies, including Federal Building and Roofing's information on different online review sites, and checked them all out at the BBB site. After looking at the ratings for the different companies, I called 3 highly rated roofing companies, and got quotes for the installation of 2 solar attic fans. At Federal Building &Roofing and I spoke with Richard Griego directly,and discussed the installation of the 2 solar attic fans. He quoted a price on the phone for installation( half of what one company was going to charge, and competitive with another company) and we set up a time for installation. He was prompt and during the consultation process, we discovered some issues with the construction of the roof. During the consultation, I observed that Richard was very thorough, and we discussed the fix for the issues he discovered. We then set up another time for the fix and installation. Everything went smoothly, and I am very happy with the decision for the roofing job. The home is much cooler, and I rarely used the AC, in LA! Overall, excellent job. Would definitely recommend ( and have done so already)
