I had the same experience as the others. I fell for the infomercial and purchased the product. I am very careful when ordering on the internet, and nowhere did I see a notice that I was signing up for a subscription service. It took over two weeks for the product to arrive. When it did, it was terrible. HORRENDOUS. How can someone claim to be a professional fitness instructor when she has no sense of rhythm? The instructor not only couldn't find the beat of the music -- I'd lay odds that she doesn't know what one is. I pulled the DVD out of the player and threw it away. I'd learned my lesson, or so I'd thought. It's now two months later and another box unexpectedly arrived at my door. I couldn't believe how heavy it was. When I opened it, I found weights inside! There was no invoice in the box. They'd charged my credit card directly. When I called to get a return number, I learned that was only the first payment. Yet another one was scheduled. I'm now in the process of canceling the charge with my credit card company and returning the product. It cost me $10.26 to ship the 5-lb box back!!! I've canceled the imaginary subscription. I am furious with these scam artists and hope that their skinny bootys get kicked right out of business.
