Can't get a call back from this company

I had new windows and sliding doors installed a few years ago by FHA. Three weeks ago the glass on one of my sliding doors popped and started to crack. The entire door has hundreds of stress cracks and I was told to put duck tape on it until a new door could be ordered. Three weeks now with a cracked un-secure sliding exterior home door and the guy I was working with is no longer with the company and I can't get a call back from anyone else at the company.
I have left 10-15 messages with different people and I am furious!
