I trusted this company because they seemed serious. My front window pane came off the truck cracked since the opening was already removed and destroyed the window was installed cracked. I was promised that it will be ordered and installed by the 4th of August. We are one week away from the end of the month and nothing but, it did not stop them to send my contract to the finance company which in return told me well you signed a contract completed or not you have to pay. I am disappointed with them and will not refer them to anyone. I was scheduled to have this window replaced, caulked and inspected no call from the installation department letting me know that the will be coming. I was told that my windows have a lifetime guarantee, fine so something happens how long will it take them to fix this? Again, disappointed.
