My experience with ffs occurred in early May 2011. I was informed as to the nature of their business. Initially we had a misunderstanding in billing however within days of contacting them via e-mail they began the process of correcting their error. I was kept in the loop and forwarded all communication between their departments. they were gracious and helpful and promised quick resolution to the problem. I appreciated the personal attention to this matter, thus expediting the resolution. My experience with ffs and their representatives was positive, they are knowledgeable in their field and conduct themselves professionally as well as ethically.
