I liked everything about my experience with Platinum Gold Coins. I initially called them with some questions about which products were most popular and they answered all of my questions without trying to push me to buy. We ended the conversation and I had a good feeling about their services so I came back to them for a later purchase. The best part was the fact that they allowed me to lock in prices at the exact time I wanted to so I waited 2 weeks and finally got the pullback in Gold that I was looking for. My metals were delivered to my home within 3 days by a FEDEX employee and a signature was required which was also good considering I did not want the package left on my door step had I not been there. It took me 10 minutes to open the box because it was so well reinforced. I got exactly what I wanted and I was very pleased.
