I initially placed an order from this company at the end of February 2011 and it took Mr.Gilcrest to mid-March before confirming my order and the price of the roses I had ordered. After sendin my payment of $110.59 via check through USPS, I heard nothing further. I checked on the status of my check and found out that the check had been cashed April 12, 2011. After trying to contact the owner numerous times via phone calls and emails about the roses and false promises of having the roses shipped. He stopped returning my calls and my calls where forwarded straight to voicemail. My emails went unreturned and have not heard anything since. I left numerous voice messages about refunding my money and cancelling my order but never received a reply to date. Here we are August 31, 2011 and still no roses or returned phone calls much less an email. I had wanted the roses for my wedding and that is why I had ordered them so early and instead of having roses from my own garden I was disappointed and stuck with fake flowers because of the money spent on flowers never received. I could have had a small bouquet for what I spent on those roses. I do not recommend this company. BUYER BEWARE!
