We rented 3P_Bourg_Labbe from IMARKETERS.NET and we arrived at this unit with high hopes of a wonderful week in Paris. The only part of the week that wasn't wonderful was our stay at their unit. While the location and access was convenient, the unit itself was filthy dirty with black mold in the shower, dirty floors and counters, torn furniture, a leaky running toilet, and a TV and DVD player that didn't work (which normally wouldn't matter, however we were traveling with 3 children). I alerted the Property Manager to all of the problems, but they simply didn't get anything resolved. IMARKETERS has refused to refund any of my rental payment (however they did offer me a free night in November or December of this year, exclusive of the holidays - but I cannot afford to return to Paris so soon after returning) and has not returned my deposit after 30 days, even though I left the apartment far cleaner than I received it. Instead of offering me a solution, I was told the apartment was rented to me "AS IS", however none of the problems in the unit are displayed in their advertising, only beautiful pictures of a unit that must be several years old, because the unit I stayed in bears no resemblance to the pictures on their website.

From the day of the booking and until the day of their check out, our customer care department communicated very closely with the guests, helping out during all the steps of the booking, providing details about balance to pay, method of payment,driver service, arrival instructions. All the emails exchanged that we have on our archive and show that our guests were pleased with our assistance. We can understand that the guests were disappointed by the appearance of the apartment as they might have had different standards. But in no way we tried to present it different from the reality and in no way the apartment was rented in the conditions described above. The communication from our side was extremely open and done in a timely fashion, we analyzed the requests of the guest and made sure we solved all the aspects that required our action.
