If you plan to shop at this location don't even bother in showing up 20 minutes before closing. They lock the doors 20 minutes before closing and tell you that they are closed! Not cool!
I had to exchange an item Sunday evening. That night the store was scheduled to close at 7 PM. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time when I realized that all JC Penny's doors were closed. Bonnie the associate yelled from across the hall, "We are closed!" I told her that there was 20 mins till and Bonnie replied, "It's 5 mins till 7!" I showed her my cell time and my daughter's cell time an they both read 6:45 PM by that time. She turned around and left. I was so upset! Very unprofessional and rude! Many people were turned away from this situation.
