Horrible Service

I placed an order and never got a confirmation that it was sent out. A week later I emailed and left a message but never got a response. Finally I was able to contact someone who assured me it would get taken care of. It took three weeks in total for me
to finally get my order. When I received it one of my orders was damaged. I emailed them in regards to my situation and never got a response. I decided to just keep it and save myself the hassle.
