I have not had the chance to use this service but their TV advertisement says they will pick up and deliver anywhere "period". When I went on their website to order a shuttle I learned that I am out of their area. Well, if they pick up "anywhere, period" there should not be an area. I learned that I will have to pay an extra $11.00 to be picked up in my area. False advertisement
