Hi I am writing to let people know that I was doing a loan modification with this office Attorny Joseph Vodnoy and I received great assistance. I began my process in September of 2010 my file took a little longer than usually because my husband was laid off during or modification process unfortunately the change of income caused our file to get stuck and had a bit of a hold up. Luckily with the attorneys experience and knowledge he was able to negotiate a new program and obtain a great modification. My original payment was $1,920.00 I have received a reduced payment offer of $914.91 this is $1,005.09 in savings. I could not believe it when I received my final modification. I am glad to inform you that this is a good office and nice staff I got my Modification In January 2011. The wait was totally worth it.
