Long delays in shipping; poor customer service

Ordered 500 ounces of silver. Waited and waited, 10+ days after the money was wired. Turns out they had a mixup and will be shipping out soon. 14 days and counting now and no shipping number and no silver... Even though I was 'firm" on the phone, their
customer service was rude and unprofessional in their reply. I went here for the slightly better price.. won't do that again.
