DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a part for my garage on 11-18-08. I paid with a debit card and they took the money out on 11-19-08. I recieved email confirmation. On 12-01-08 I still hadn't recieved my part I called multiple times and finally spoke to a customer rep who said that the part had been on back order (they never informed me of this) and that it would ship on 12-02-08. I got email confirmation that it shipped on 12-02-08. When I tried to track the part on UPS the tracking number did not exist. Since then I have called at least 50 times and have never gotten to speak to anyone. I have left probably 5 voicemails, and written about 9 emails and never heard back from them. It is now 2-10-09 and the parts never came. They stole my money. I'm assuming this company is a scam.
