Very easy and fast to deal when you ready to buy. They will make it a VERY QUICK transaction...then NIGHTMARE STARTS No Customer Service. Called for key to the accessories and told will get back in a day, never heard from for a 4 days. Called back to manager and refused to help and asking for fee if to provide solution? Told the bike was fully checked up and oil is BRAND NEW when it's absolutely OLD oil that is so dirty and dark compare to my 600 miles old on other bike! I am not a bike expert but other dealer told me the bike engine is slightly knocking and need valve adjustment!!! So they called FULLY CHECKED?? NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR AT LEAST DO NOT LEARN MY WAY THAT I TOOK THEIR WORD FOR IT.
Alright, after my complaint, i received a call from their BOSS. Real gentlemen and took care of issue. However, the real fact is that his sales rep misrepresent the item. My front brake is still squeaking until today after the sales rep said it's caused by BRAND NEW PAD.
