Extremely slow on inquiries with no follow thru. It took numerous phone calls and unanswered emails to find out what the hold ups if any were. I would not recommend this service. Currently awaiting refund on adouble credit charge for a report never received. Verbal refund given by "manager", still waiting. Very poor customer service.
