Juan Morales and Jehan Jreisat are as Professional as they are Personable and Caring

I consider myself very fortunate to have been served by Juan Morales and Jehan Jreisat who expertly handled my non-conforming re-finance with a breeze. When I heard the ad on the radio, naturally I was very skeptical. Its not easy to talk about all of
your personal information to complete strangers. But Juan was very friendly and comfortable to talk to. He explained the process step by step and let me know what his company was going to do for me and what was going to be expected of me, too. So when it came
time to providing information and signing documents, everything was so smooth and there were no surprises. Best of all, he consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process. You could tell he is an expert in his field and he exudes the confidence
which makes you feel comfortable to do business with him, especially thousands of miles away. Jehan was so helpful in bringing the re-finance to home plate. When my insurance company started throwing obstacles in the way, Jehan was right there with her determined
persistence in a professional manner interceding with them on my behalf. She knew exactly what to say to them and patiently followed up with them over and over and over until they completed the tasks that led to a quick closing. Nobody likes to rush through
a project over the Christmas Holiday Season. But Juan and Jehan never gave it a second thought. They were there for me everyday and it was business as usual: no slacking because people are on vacation or enjoying a slow time of the year; not with these professionals.
For this reason, my loan closed on time and a Notary came to my office to present a full package of documentation which he found to be 100% in order. I never received a request to sign not even one additional document after the closing. What I did receive
was a brand new loan with payments significantly lower than what I was previously paying; a term which has shaved ten years off the life of the loan I was paying before; a nice check which I can use to make my first payment; and another surprise refund check
which I can use to go shopping! It doesn't get any better than that. Oh yes it does: my previous lender just advised me that they are sending me a refund check, too! And I also get to skip my first month mortgage payment with Network Capital! I'm sure that
Juan and Jehan surprisingly great results for me are typical of the great training and operational management provided by Network Capital. All of the great experiences I encountered don't just happen. They must be the result of excellent systems in place.
Juan and Jehan most certainly exceeded my expectations. For that I am extremely appreciative.
