The representative, M. and helper arrived at the house, hooked up machine to our furnace and then the helper proceeded to remove one register in one bedroom. M. told me that the machine only registered a small amount of air and we needed all our duct system replaced for $2400.00. He was very insistent about this. I told him that he couldn't tell by what they had done and I only wanted them to do what their $42.00 coupon said that they would do! Of course, they folded up their equipment and left without completing anything the coupon said they would do. I paid and marked the invoice that the work was not completed as stated, called the company and complained and then decided that I should report them to the Better Business Bureau too - which I did. Now, reading all these complaints, I am going to climb up into the attic and see if there was any damage done to our system.
