TONER SCAM

This company also operates under the company name "Universal Supply Corp". A very friendly salesman called me and had all of our contact information including my name and copier model. I was told that the price of our toner was going up to $599.00, but because we were a preferred company he was going to lock in our price at $459.00. I had just started at my company and verified that this was our "usual order". When we receieved the toner and invoice, I noticed that they were not set up as a vendor with us. I called to dispute the invoice and return the toner, and was told that they would have to charge a 15% restocking fee. After I told him that I had done a little research on the retail price of the toner and the company name they were operating under, he quickly backed down from that fee. The gentleman I spoke with was named Richard Lexon. Refuse all shipments from this address!
Side note: They always answer the phone "Corporate Offices" and refuse to give you their company name until they know your name and company.
