My vehicle was brought into their service department for an estimate. I locked my vehicle and gave them the keys. The next day, I discovered the glove compartment was broken off and the contents shoved under the passenger seat. My vehicle was still locked and secured. The managers and owner refused responsibility stating no one ever entered my vehicle. I have this in writing from them and yet I still have the numbered service ticket that was hanging from my rear view mirror and two witnesses. They also state they reviewed the service dept video tapes but these were erased within 24 hours.
Their service was horrible as I waited over 2 hours for their mechanics to present the AAA tow truck drivers with the correct vehicle.
As a former police officer, I would recommend that you stay and watch your vehicle if you wish to have it serviced at this location.
