These guys did not tell the truth. Once they arrived, they tried to up-sell me to an "anti-microbial spray" for the inside of the ducts. They took the cover off of my HVAC unit in the attic and acted like they worked a hose down the ductwork. I looked up the equipment they were using on-line and it was a "fogger" and not a vacuum. After the guy left, the "owner" called me and told me that he needed more than $170 extra since his guy used the "big machine." I used to work in the industrial dust collection business, so when they tried to tell me that they had cleaned my ducts, but had never even used a vaccuum, I told them they were wrong and needed to bring a unit with suction. The "owner" told me he was too busy to argue with me and said I needed to send him a check for more money.... and he hung up. I called back and his "brother" answered. He told me the owner was not available and took my number to call me back. The "service guy" called me and said he used the "big machine" and that he would stop back at my house to show me the unit ..... he never did. These people lied to me & thus they are liars. They never called me back. I would not trust them with the used cat litter in my cat boxes.
