Excellent service. I shopped around for awhile to see who I could not only trust but would give me great rates and these guys worked out! I had a money back guarantee and my rep, David, was more then informative, helpful and really guided me through the process. ANY time I had a question or concern, I emailed him and immediately heard back - with my questions answered. I spent only a few more dollars with these guys, but, with the money back guarantee and service, I felt it was worth it. I got screwed over by 2 banks and a few mortgage brokers - so - service was very important to me. I have yet to find anything with service and quality like that for a loan modification. I am not going to lose my house that my husband and children have lived in for the past 5 years thanks to David and my new loan. Its important to hear customer feedback and it was so great with these guys I wanted everyone to know there is hope out there. Thank you.
