Mr.& Mr. James Hairston- Our montage was sold to Bank of America. They would not modify us or change our loan (adjustable) We received a call from Chris Underwood from the mediation group and we were off and running. I can't say enough about this team, they kept us informed as to what was happening. I would recommend them to any one. Our new rate came down from 7.5 to 4.5 wow and they got us a fixed rate,
