Don't Do Business With This Company!

I am taking Morgan Heard and Ricardo Coronado of United Events Group to small claims court because they failed to pay me for work they contracted me to do for their A Swingin' Affair gala that was supposed to benefit the Alzheimer's Association on Dec. 11, 2011 in Palm Springs. We have a signed contract in which I provided three press releases about the event and they were to pay me for that work. The work was complete and approved. But they say they can't pay me because they lost money on the event because they failed to sell enough tickets. They also told me that the Alzheimer's Association didn't get a check, yet, at the same time they are advertising for another even in 2012. Do not do business with these people.
