I was contacted by the Bergstrom Group representing United Law Group in January 09. The reviewed my mortgages for the four properties I was unable to sell, and could not refinance or take out second mortgages due to my income to debt ratio.
United Law group took $3-5K dollars per property/loans with promises of renegotiation's. I even paid $3K to sign up my disabled sister in law to help with re-negotiations on her home.
Ten months later, I have bailed out one of my homes so far, and no results on the other three (still pending lender reviews).
My sister in law got word from United Law Group that her lender declined to renegotiate (Wells Fargo Bank) and she is in a short sale situation.
After 10 months, United Law Group has not successfully helped me with my lenders.
