POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE!
Wagner Tire installed an air conditioning compressor on my vehicle which cost around $1000. After only 7,000 miles, the compressor stopped working. Manager Trent Bausch refused to honor the warranty which was 12,000 miles/12 months because it had been slightly over the 12 months even though the mileage which is obviously the most important factor was only 7,000 miles. Despite my long customer service history with Wagner Tire of over 12 years, Mr Bausch refused to replace the defective compressor and also refused to let me buy a replacement compressor at cost. Instead he prefers to profit from the fact that he sold me a defective compressor and wants to charge full retail price again for a replacement compressor of possible questionable quality. Years of customer loyalty and future business clealy mean nothing to this arrogant man. He has lost our business and that of our family and friends because in future, I will find a car repair shop that operates with integrity and does "the right thing" by its customers.
