Answer all my questions in a timely manner

I have to say that they are really experts in their field. Customer service was excellent, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. The technicians were friendly and patient in answering all my questions in a timely manner. I was able to get all my data back within the promised time. It's a little bit expensive but definitely worth it!
