I then decided to register a complaint with the BBB, out of desperation and hoping this would jump start him to finish the job. After Bill Wessinger found out I wrote the BBB he texted me, "Too busy answering BBB complaint....No time for you! Have not heard from him since. Bill and Heilder had time to take my money, and stupid me gave them over 51K, and he or Heilder has no time for me to honor the contract he signed! HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK.......if you hire at all!
