These people are scammers for sure

They received my wife's engagement ring for a cleaning over a year ago. I bought it from Tony in 2007 for 20K. They missed getting it back to us for our 10th anniversary. Sent it back in August nearly two months late with a new "upgraded" center stone. They wanted $4000 for the upgrade. I took it to a local jeweler who confirmed the center diamond had a major visible flaw. I returned the ring requesting the original center diamond be put back in and the ring returned. They said that diamond was damaged when they tried to reset it and their insurance would cover the replacement. At that point I requested the setting back and the damaged diamond to have my insurance company handle it. They have not sent back the original setting or diamond - this has been over one year. They have not responded to the insurance company or local police. Check their BBB rating it is an "F" and my complaint is on there. They are frauds and scammers and I would not deal with Tony or Carol - beware, stay away from them
